At the heart of every successful spa lies the unwavering commitment of your team to consistently deliver exceptional service to each and every guest. In order to ensure your standards are being met, I will perform an intensive service audit and conduct a thorough team training.

Before arrival, I will collaborate with the spa leader to tailor my 170-point spa inspection to your spa’s specific needs using the standards you elect to uphold. Upon arrival, I will utilize the customized inspection tool to shop the spa experience and then review the results with the spa director. On day two I will share the findings with the entire team and then train them on any standards that were missed.

This comprehensive package includes a 30-minute introductory call, a 2-hour working session to tailor the 170-point spa inspection, a complete spa audit, a general session on exceptional service for the entire spa team, and customized training sessions …………………………………..$2,000 + travel expenses
